The 2nd Annual Ivey Film Festival (IFF) is a student run film festival
held at the University of Western Ontario in London, ON.

The IFF aims to:

- Promote well-roundedness through student expression and development of multi-media skills.
- Provide a vehicle for aspiring filmmakers to showcase their work and gain awareness in the film industry.
- Establish a medium for students to address economic, social, and political issues in a creative setting.

This year’s festival will give out awards in the following categories:

- Overall Film Excellence (1st, 2nd, 3rd place)
- Best Action
- Best Drama
- Best Documentary
- Best Comedy
- People’s Choice Award

The Ivey Film Festival is open to all post-secondary school students currently enrolled at the University of Western Ontario and all of its affiliate colleges including Brescia University College, King’s University College, and Huron College.  Submissions are due March 10, 2010.
